This week, SCP Yanbei hosted SLB’s “smart production operations” (SPO)expert from Jakarta regional HQ.

    本周，SCP延北项目接待了来自斯伦贝谢区域总部雅加达的 “智能生产运营”（SPO）专家 Christian Bonilla。

    The timing of the visit was noteworthy, because at the end of 2023 SCP announced a company-wide commitment to digitalisation. At the same time, field trials of recent Proof of Concept (PoC) digital technologies had reached successful conclusions and large-scale deployments were proposed. 

    本次访问的时机值得注意，因为在2023年底，SCP宣布了全公司对数字化的承诺。与此同时，最近数字技术概念验证（PoC）的现场试验已经取得成功，并提出了大规模部署的建议。

    The proposed projects cover machinery monitoring, digital twin process optimisation, pipeline integrity monitoring, field-wide well surveillance, and advanced algorithmic well control. The overall goal is to improve well productivity, safety, emissions, operating costs and asset integrity for successful long term field development.

    拟定项目包括机械监测、数字孪生工艺优化、管道完整性监测、全现场气井监测和先进算法井控。总体目标是提高气井生产率、提升安全性、降低排放量、降低运营成本和维护项目完整性，以便进行长期成功的气田开发。

    The purpose of the visit was to support SCP’s digitalisation by reviewing the feasibility of the proposed projects. Our HQ visitor is an expert in selection and implementation of technology and has implemented similar projects in South America and Southeast Asia. His visit was given a high priority by senior management from all company departments, who attended both the kick off and close out meetings.

    本次访问的目的是调研拟定项目的可行性，来支持SCP的数字化。这位总部的访客是挑选和实施技术的专家，已经在南美和东南亚实施了类似的项目。公司各部门的高级管理人员高度重视此次来访，分别出席了访问启动会议和总结会议。

    During his busy visit he was hosted by SLB secondees and fully supported by Gas Production management. Despite the bitterly cold winter conditions, he was able to visit well pads, compression hubs and the Central Processing Facility (CPF). He witnessed routine operations and ongoing digitalisation trials and had in-depth discussions with the operations control centre, and central control room (CCR) personnel. He was also able to meet client representatives to introduce himself and affirm SLB’s support for SCP and Yanbei.

    在繁忙的访问期间，访客受到了斯伦贝谢派驻人员的接待，并得到了采气管理人员的全力支持。尽管冬季天气寒冷，他依然能够参观井场、集气站、处理厂（CPF）。访客见证了现场的常规作业和正在进行的数字化试验，并与调度中心和中央控制室（CCR）人员进行了深入讨论。他还会见了客户代表，向客户介绍了自己，也明确表明了斯伦贝谢对SCP和延北项目的支持。

    In a closing meeting with SCP management, he presented his findings and recommendations, which were carefully noted and constructively debated. The meeting was concluded with the agreement to progress the latest digitalisation proposals to the project definition phase.

    在与SCP管理层的总结会议中，他演示了这次来访的调研结果和建议，参会人员也认真记录并建设性地讨论了这些结果和建议。会议结束时，公司管理层达成共识，需要将最新的数字化议案推进到项目定义阶段。
