On April 29th to 30th, the "Development of Flow Assurance - Summarizing the Past and Addressing Future Challenges" technical seminar hosted by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, grandly kicked off at the Imperial Hotel conference hall. 112 experts, scholars, and business representatives from 12 countries and 33 industry organizations around the world gathered together to conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge fields such as digital technology, new production technologies, and new pharmaceutical technologies in the oil and gas industry. During the discussion, more than 20 new technology speeches and thematic discussions were held, providing new ideas for the development of the industry.

As an innovative representative of the domestic oil and gas industry, the representative of the Gas Production Department of SCP Yan 113-133 cooperation project was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Practical Application and Future Prospects of Digital Twin Systems in Panlong Processing Plant". The business representative highlighted the innovative achievements of Panlong Processing Plant in the construction of digital twin system in the report: the system is based on Agora technology to collect real-time production data from DCS system, achieving high synchronization between process model and actual production; Relying on an online real-time optimization platform, the mechanism model can run continuously 24 hours a day, accurately predicting production trends and automatically generating optimal operating plans and directly pushing them to the production line.

This seminar has provided an important platform for international technological exchange and cooperation, showcasing the development trend of the oil and gas industry accelerating its transformation towards digitization. In the future, the Gas Production Department will continue to be driven by "technological innovation and progress", closely monitoring the development of domestic industry technology, actively absorbing international advanced innovation experience, continuously improving refined management level, reducing energy consumption and production costs, promoting high-quality development of enterprises through technological innovation, and making greater contributions to the digital transformation and sustainable development of the oil and gas industry.
