Features of the Service Model: 
 
1.100% Mineral Rights Retained by the Client (Owner): The IPM model operates purely on an engineering service basis without mineral rights partnerships. 
Different from the cooperation mode with international oil companies, the integrated model is based on engineering services without mining rights partnership. By signing a service contract, an alliance project team is jointly established with clients. 
 
2. The cooperation project consists of the project owner (Party A) and all parties involved, with the project leader being the project owner.
 
Project teams are composed of the client (owner) and participating parties, with the client serving as project leader. During project execution, there is only one team to ensure unified objectives and execution. 
 
3. The business model is highly flexible, including participating in project investment.
 
In terms of business model, the integrated model is more flexible than general fixed price engineering services. In order to maximize the value of the alliance for Party A, this model can be a pure service project, and if Party A needs it, we can also choose to jointly invest in the project with Party A. At present, the general practice is to treat engineering services as project investments, and negotiate a return on investment mechanism that meets the requirements of both parties through risk sharing or product sharing. The return is based on achieving the expected output. If the project does not achieve the expected output, this model would bear the risk of the services invested in the project, thereby reducing the risk that Party A needs to bear and ultimately achieving a win-win situation.
