The Yan113-Yan133 Natural Gas Development Technology Cooperation Project (referred to as the Yanbei Project) is a cooperation project signed between Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group and SCP on January 7, 2013. The project covers an area of 2341 square kilometers, with administrative regions involving four counties and districts: Ansai, Baota, Zichang, and Yanchuan. SCP is the general contractor of the project, mainly responsible for integrated operations such as project management, development plan preparation, well construction engineering, well completion engineering, surface engineering management, and gas production engineering services. Yanbei project officially started drilling in 2013; In April 2018, Panlong Central Processing Facilities were completed; In July 2018, it began to export natural gas.
